2. Quotes & Estimates
2.1 Quote Requests

Quotes are based on the information and photos provided by the customer. Final pricing may slightly change after an in-person inspection of the vehicle.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details including make, model, year, and the condition of the vehicle damage.

2.3 Validity

Quotes are valid for 72 hours unless stated otherwise.

3. Service Timelines

3.1 Standard Turnaround
Most cosmetic repairs are completed SAME DAY depending on the job type.

3.2 Delays
Turnaround time may vary due to:

  • Parts availability
  • Paint curing times
  • Unexpected repair needs
  • Weather conditions

4. Parts, Paint & Materials
4.1 Parts Used

We may use OEM or aftermarket parts depending on availability and customer preference.

4.2 Customer-Supplied Parts

If a customer supplies their own parts, we are not responsible for:

  • Fitment issues
  • Quality defects
  • Delays caused by incorrect parts
5. 1-3 Years Warranty Policy

FastFit Auto Repairs provides warranty on:

  • Paintwork
  • Part installation
  • Repairs performed
  • Color match longevity
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Deposit Requirements

Some services may require a deposit before work begins.

6.2 Payment Due

Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair before the vehicle is released.

7. Vehicle Drop-Off & Pickup
7.1 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for removing valuables from the vehicle prior to repair.

7.2 Storage Fees

Vehicles left unclaimed for more than 3 days after completion may incur a daily storage fee.

8. Liability & Limitations
8.1 Pre-Existing Damage

We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or hidden defects discovered during repairs.

8.2 Aftermarket Accessories

We are not responsible for damage to aftermarket accessories unless previously disclosed.

8.3 Loss or Theft

While we take reasonable precautions, we are not liable for theft of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

9. Cancellation Policy
9.1 Before Repairs Begin

Customers may cancel before work starts without penalty.

9.2 After Repairs Have Started

If repair has begun, customers are responsible for the cost of materials and labor completed up to the cancellation point.

10.2 Prohibited Use
